General Assembly
The General Assembly (GA) is the governing body of CENTR. It is comprised of representatives of the CENTR Members and meets at least twice a year to approve membership, determine the budget, discuss policy issues and elect the Executive Committee. The GA normally reaches decisions by consensus, but more contentious matters can be resolved by voting.The functions of the GA are defined in the CENTR Articles of Association.
